One week before a cross country move Budget cancelled my reservation without so much as a courtesy call. Customer service offered me $250 as recompense. The cancellation set me back $8,000 because I had to rent somewhere else at emergency rates and change my plane tickets.

Had a horrible experience with this company last year when they cancelled the truck I booked...the day right before I was supposed to move. I also booked it weeks in advance. Customer service was also rude and not helpful at all

Great prices. But I booked two trucks two weeks in advance.. they send me an email the day before I move at almost 5 in the afternoon to tell me my trucks wont be available. Unbelievable. Left me in such a bad spot

I couldn't believe the price I got here compared to U-Haul. Very affordable with unlimited miles! The guy working the front desk seems to be the master mind of the place. He was very generous every time I called. When I came to pick up my truck rental I noticed my car had a flat tire he was MORE THAN helpful getting me all set to go. I am very impressed, considering this is our first time renting a moving truck. Would most defiantly recommend to anyone! Especially if you're on a BUDGET!
