XPO

We used to use YRC til they went out of business Many of our vendors and customers used XPO, so we checked them out. Great rates, and (usually) fast transit. Like 3 days to come from Seattle area to MN, or from MN to New York. Weve had just one shipment that was very late: about 2 weeks when it should have been around 3 days. It was over New Years, so ok, maybe 5 or 6 days in transit, but 14?! No weather problems or accidents. Other than that one shipment, 5 star service and rates.

The first time they tried to deliver my load they brought it to the wrong city, then after three days of trying to reach someone to set up the delivery, and never getting a call back, I reached someone who told me it would be next week sometime. I had to have the manufacturer of the load being delivered call XPO and complain for me. So after 7 days of nothing happening XPO told me the load was coming tomorrow. Friday comes, I get up at 6 am to make sure Im ready for the delivery, and at 2:30PM XPO calls me to say it wont be coming until Monday. They didnt call me in the morning to tell me, they waited until the end of the day. This load has been sitting 50 miles from its destination for 10 days and they can figure out how to get it to me.
