Avis Rent A Car

I see now I should have read the reviews. Deceptive practices. I rent cars all over the nation when I travel for work. This was the worst. I have already spoken with a representative who is unable to do anything about the extra charges. I will never rent from Avis again.

I got a really great rate on a car here. I had to extend it by a day because my sister was in hospice at the hospital. The man I talked to got me the best possible rate and was so nice! I highly recommend them!!

I came in to pick up my reserved rental car and I had the pleasure of doing business with an agent named Stephan. He heard my requests and went the extra mile to make it happen and saved me money!!!!! Thank you so much. Best rental car agency experience in the last two years of repeated rentals across the country from California to Washington to Florida. Hands down excellent service

Agent quoted 620$ incl taxes and fees. They billed 741$ after we turned it in. Then agents never mentioned anything about pets. But charged us 341$ for pet cleanup. Called to discuss with agent. He said you have 250$ pet cleanup fee. But they billed us 341$. At one point during conversation agent said I can only deal with one thing at a time. Then went on to say Im sorry for going out of my way to find you a rental. So in total they billed us 1080$ instead of 620$. Almost double. Never rent from Avis again.
