This location was by far the most disgusting stay I've had in my life. I chose this location because it was close to my job site for the day. The 2nd shift staff was very unpleasant as well. The room for this location to be new weren't clean and the bathroom had the strongest urine smell. The shower appeared to never had a complete wipe down. The television remote probably hasn't been wiped ever. Every surface in the room had not been wiped. Despite the weather being 35 last night we used the fan on the unit all night because the room has extremely poor ventilation because heat made the room muggy. I had 2 rooms at this location and paid well over $350 for 2 of the nastiest rooms in Troy. To be a Hilton brand hotel it gave Motel 6 but no one left the light on......
