    This is the worst hotel I ever experienced. I booked 3 rooms and brought kids with me. Woke up got breakfast which was not the best after eating I went to the receptionist Tiffany and told her I had kids with me and was making sure the food was stocked she got smart and said it wasnt her problem I then walked away then minutes later shes yelling telling the cook this and that running low and who checked us in. She then disrespected me and my guest so I started recording everything there was no manager present and instead of her trying to de-escalate the problem she got louder and called the cops to remove us. She then walked up to me while the cops was there saying thats why I was being evicted. I didnt understand why I had to leave if she was the employee with the nasty behavior and attitude but the cops said she wanted us to because she felt taunted. I told them she started everything I have it on film but I left anyways with my guest. Also she wanted our kids to stop eating and leave. After checking out she then charged my card $250 saying I smoked in one of the rooms which was not true video surveillance shows I went outside everytime and no smoke detector alarm went off plus they have no proof of anything she was just being devious because she felt she had power. I then called back to the hotel and they never answered the phone so I returned asking to speak to the manager then I told Tiffany what happen and my card got charged then she stated man why are you here, you just had to leave by the police youre not getting anything back. I got that on camera so I said Ill wait for the manager she got loud again and said they werent coming until 11 so leave so I called the cops they said I can wait on the manger. The housekeeping manager walks up to me and says at 11 the manager not coming until 2 so I need you to leave the property before the cops get called again and this time you will be arrested I said maam can you explain to me why your housekeepers say I was smoking in the room when thats not true she waved her hand and said leave now and walked away. SMH if this what Hilton hotels have they guest go to I rather not go. I will never experience this feeling ever again do not go here because this was very poor customer service from them.

    My room did not have the heat on the first night. The second night it got super cold and I asked front desk if they can get the thermostat checked. They responded with a rude response, we don't have anyone on hand, you should have asked us to check when the staff is in, we cannot do anything until next morning. I asked if I could get a portable heater instead or change rooms and she said none was available. Then after much discussion she said, I can give you extra blankets. I was shocked. When I said ok well I am going to find another hotel, they suddenly came up with a new room which had heat working. Makes me wonder why would you sell rooms and not provide basic heating and also let your guests suffer in cold weather when you have a room at hand. No shuttles, no lounge, they do have a small breakfast. Rooms are decent size but the customer experience and amenities are lacking. Staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

    I believe the receptionist name was Sam. He barely said hello. Didnt give me any information on the property/amenties. I had to ask what time is breakfast, is checkout at 11:00am or Noon? He didnt give the fitness hours..nothing! I went the wrong way trying to head towards the elevator he said the elevators are that way. Well it would be nice if you told me that. Large white trash bags in near the elevators and in the halls. hallways were dirty, kids running back and forth through the halls, ice all over the place. Rooms were dirty, with hair on bed under the sheets and toilet, the bed was not made up to quality standards, showers had black dirt and grime. He gave me a new room..Bathroom dirty once again, dirt on the floor under the sink (it was not mopped or vacuumed at all!) Breakfast was 2/10 and the 2 is for the waffle maker. Eggs looked like egg soup just soaked in water and the sausage patties didnt looked fully cooked. No one cleaning up after guest use. My stay was not pleasant at all. Wont be returning to this location, these reviews mustve been comped!
