Front desk staff greeted me with a smile and reminded me of the hot breakfast!! Love the indoor pool and Jacuzzi and this location is near Oakland Mall, AMC John R and great restaurants even though there are kitchenettes. **2024: STILL our favorite location. Ms. R. Harp is an excellent and hands-on Manager still who is accommodating and pleasant. I appreciate the polite and doting staff and how immaculate this property remains.

Clean and nice rooms with a good, equipped kitchen. A basic warm/cold breakfast is included. They don't have a shuttle service - and there is nothing really in walking distance. Not a problem if you have a car, but a little more inconvenient if you use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.

We stayed with our 9 months old daughter in a king suit (312 sqft room). Everything was clean. No complaints. Breakfast food was also good, mostly the quiche was so good. The front desk lady at night was so nice and friendly, but the morning one was not. So, I would say it completely depends on who is there. Rooms: Clean Food & drinks: Liked the quiche
