Make sure Scott is there when you go. I have never had an easier experience on deciding what I need / the best offers when shopping for a new phone. Truly a great, and genuine salesman. 100% passionate and knowledgeable in what hes selling.

It is Friday 1/20/2023, and the kiosk should be open at 11am. We waited until 12pm but nobody is here. This is not the first time I met this problem. People working here seem to have no rules to follow. We have to drive to another AT&T store at Northborough. I strongly suggest you dont have business here based on our previous experience. They made mistakes in my account by putting installment to a wrong line but no one can fix the mistake. I called 611 for help, but the customer service said only att representative who created the account MAY correct the mistake they created. But I cant find them or they sent me to somewhere else including the corporation. Anyway, find a real AT&T store to do your business.

The kiosk looked open. The clerk told me it was closed. He had just come back because he forgot something. I told him my dilemma. He didnt want to but helped me activate my phone that the Apple Store gave me to replace the one that they could not get working. The ms s name was Frankie and I had the best experience with him and all was done and activated in 5 minutes. Great customer service and took the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. This transaction was on 11/25 slightly before 9 pm. All your stores should be staffed with people like him!

5:00 Friday night and the kiosk is closed. Hours are posted as 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Tried calling for 4 hours before coming over. You will need to find somewhere else to buy your AT&T products.

I brought my mom who is 90 years old to this location I have a problem taken care of with her iPhone 13. The employee Scott N was excellent treated my mom with a lot of respect. He took care of the problem immediately. Scott has a great personality.
