      image I was there to pay my bill that usually takes 5 minutes and the associate was too busy with other customer for more than 30 minutes and didn't even bother to ask what I am there for. Lady customer in front of me even asked the associate to attend me as her transactions may take time but associate disregarded that. Left the store after 40 minutes of wait.

      image Jordan helped me get a new phone because I had a very old iPhone and it was becoming very slow and not enough storage. He was very helpful and informative on the process of upgrading my phone and explained the cost in detail and got me the best deal that they had! He answered all the questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. His customer service skills are exceptional! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a new phone to go to Easton location!
