        Went to T-mobile to get a new phone line and switch off of someone else's Verizon plan. I was having a less than great day and very stressed going into it. I worked with Frank to get my new phone & line set up and port over my phone number and he was great. He was knowledgeable and thorough and didn't push too hard to upsell me on random things. I ran into a roadblock for a few trying to get the PIN to port in my number and he was patient. I honestly left the store less stressed than when I walked in. Good people in this store and I love my new phone.

        No help at all. If they can't scan your drivers license they do nothing for you. Not even a new sim card. That is some shady business practice. Never had this happen at any other carrier.

        Jourdan and Edgar (and two other employees) went above and beyond helping us transfer a line, retrieve account info, and much more. These guys are the best. Stayed past closing to get the job done. Great team in a great store.
