Terrible. Im telling u. DO NOT LIVE THERE. The worst year in my life was there. Roaches, mice, and dirty apartments. Even the complex isn't safe. I don't know why the reviews are saying the staff is friendly. They are not. You will see them friendly when you visit them for the first time, but after you actually live there, they will be very rude. Even the community and the ppl living there aren't the best. Pls don't waste your time and money by living at Aspen Hill Apartments.

It is a beautiful, very quiet place and apart from that the attention is very special since it has highly qualified staff and the manager Jeanie Smith, a very kind and very nice person, if you have doubts or any problem, she will give you a solution as soon as possible, by the way. with a great charisma, and like the secretary Rhina and Estela, they are very kind and attentive people, without a doubt, they are very special, the place is cozy. I recommend it, it is a very nice place to live. I and my family are delighted to be part of this great family.

This is the latest blunder by Donaldson Management Group at Aspen Hill Apartments under the mismanagement of Jeanie Smith. We have complained about backed up drainage and smell of sewage for months. This is the result of negligence, stubbornness, and the lowest of standards for fellow human beings. RAW SEWAGE. Percolating for 24 hours, making a marsh of the grass area, stinking up the place terribly, spreading disease and attracting rodents of all sizes. This speaks for itself. Stay away from any Donaldson Group property at all costs, especially Aspen Hill Apartments. Jeanie Smith will treat you like a disabled child that does not know right from left insisting there is something with you and your senses. Everybody has faults, but this is egregious. She is purely an evil person lacking any sign of humanity.
Also, notice how any positive reviews here look so phony!
