A Necklace For Me

Do you enjoy ice cold showers in the winter? How about a building that's unlocked 24/7 with no security? Snow removal, what's that? It sounds expensive! This building is a mess and I am shocked they are able to continue attracting attracting new tenants as their current tenants keep moving out.

I have been living here for over 2 year and I must say I love every bit of it. One of the main reason I chose here over of all the apartment I was approved for is the indoor playground for kids but that has been locked since Covid started and I understand why. It’s for the kids safety. But what I don’t understand is how lately my packages are going missing. I’ve lost 2 packages within a month or two. I hope that stops soon. Also I hope they fix all the things that needs fixing soon and also install some cameras in the packing garage and maybe around the building for security purposes. Overall this is a very nice place to stay and it’s proximity to a lot of things makes like a bit easy.

Scheduled an appt to see an apartment. Arrived on time but left waiting for 40 minutes for someone to show us an apartment. I lived in the apartment a few years prior without any issues. I decided I would move back. I submitted application. No one contacted me for several days. I called the woman who showed us the apt and she didn’t have a clue what was going on. She couldn’t tell me if the app was received. She finally tells me the application was incomplete which was wired since I was looking at an email from them stating it was received/complete and someone contact me in 24 hours. Again, that never happened. The day after I contacted them by phone i receives and somewhat rude letter stating I was denied. It was far from the act I was giving when she showed us the apartment. Unfortunately, I’ve had two situations of identity theft. It’s prob one of the worst and most frustrating things to fix. Aside from the couple hits from that I am currently disputing my credit history is good and i have an excellent rental history with the veridian from a few years back I sent an email explaining all this and offering to provide rental history from the past few years showing an excellent rental history, asking to look at my rental history with them and whatever else they would need me to provide. I would have paid additional money at move in etc. The response was just as rude and disrespectful as the previous email. It was basically a professional F you response. I’m leaving this review because for those people who value being treated with respect should look elsewhere. this is definitely NOT the place you want to move. The entire experience was horrible. Prob should have realized this when she kept us waiting for over 40 minutes the day we made appt to view the apt. Beware of this place:
