This apartment is run by slumlords. You might think, "Sure, the elevators are broken, the fire alarms go off almost every day, there's rats and cockroaches and homeless people smoking in the stairwell, but at least it's cheaper." Do not listen to that! They use aggressive, illegal tactics to raise rent. They tow cars without reason. If you want repairs done you'll probably end up having to do and pay for them yourself. It adds up! If you come here you will end up paying exorbitantly, and for nothing. If you don't believe me, look up Montgomery County's troubled properties list, I feel confident saying it'll be there until it's torn down.

I wanted to say Thank You to Raquel for assisting with all my concerns, she was very welcoming, professional and understanding. I definitely feel relief knowing that someone cares. I have decided to stay another year.
