My brother lives here and every time I visit him I have to pay a fee to park. They only accept check or money orders for the parking fee. They do tow, be careful. It’s a fancy place but Wow, what a pain to get a guest visit you. Will you feel like home?

Felicia is the absolute best. She was extremely helpful and kind during our application and move-in process. Vide chatted us several times to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had.
Been living here for a month now and we love our apartment, no complaints.

The leasing team has made the process of moving (across the country), and finding a new place so much less stressful than we expected. We toured a unit with Felicia that ticked all our boxes (2 bedroom, inward facing pool view, top floor!) and applied the same day after looking at a few other places previously that were nice but didn’t quite fit what we wanted. The rent and parking costs at Solaire are very reasonable and especially competitive compared to the many other complexes in this area. Big thanks to Felicia and Julie for being so available and making this process so smooth. They have been so responsive and attentive to our every anxious question we had along the way and we are very happy. The building is 7 years old but still has a classy yet comfortable hotel vibe including a pool and fitness center. It’s right next to the Wheaton shopping plaza with a ton of stores including Costco, Target, Giant, and Safeway. The building has a dedicated parking garage and all access is fob-controlled. It’s right across the street from the Metro. Every time we encountered other residents (and their adorable dogs), we got the sense that this is a very safe, clean, comfortable, and inviting community in which to live. Highly recommend.

I could not thank enough Felicia for making my moving experience less stressful. She is always so nice and friendly to everyone. It is a really great place to live with very friendly staff at the leasing office. I highly recommend this building!
