Westchester West Apartments

This place is awful. Nothing gets fixed inside the apartments. Mice are everywhere and they never do anything when you call the rental office except say ok theyll put a ticket in. Maintenance is more worried about their people o absolutely hate living here they need to clear my rental account so I can move up out of here. I havent had a working oven in almost a year but they wont replace my stove. The mice live inside the stove. Update the mice are getting worse

I lived with my family in these apartments for 2 years. We always pay the rent on time. When we left, we followed the contract guidelines, we warned 60 days in advance that we would not renew, we delivered the apartment in perfect condition, clean, practically new, even replacing each curtain. However, the company is not following the contract to return the deposit, it has been 90 days since we left and they have not reimbursed us for the shorts, they do not respond to emails, when they respond they only regret what happened but cannot do anything. They are not following the contract that provides for payment within a maximum of 45 days and are being inhumane towards a family. unfortunate. updating: 118 days without resolution.

Very bad service they never want to repair anything bad bad service ooo but to collect the rent you can't spend a day because they charge you more and the apartments are full of mice it is a plague of rats and they don't do anything to eliminate them either

This is unacceptable _ unprofessional as well. The Maintenance guys should not be cleaning up the trash. Every single morning I see maintenance cleaning up this nasty garbage all around the dumpsters and is definitely not something they shouldn't be doing and probably don't get paid for. There is a rodent problem outside and somewhat inside. Donaldson group has to improve in order for it to actually be worth living in these apartments. Think hard and do your research before considering residency. There are two women I like to applaud I may say. Nareska & Catherine they have been great employees at Westchester West. They are very professional and get things done efficient. I feel they can use more support and help!
