Elevators will stop working! We will have to wait until the maintenance come to fix it. If you have any kids dont let them walk on the stairwell by themselves because people who dont live here mostly Mexicans are smoking fentanyl just yesterday I almost past out trying to get to my apartment because the elevators stop working. When your walking up all you see is zombies laying there smoking we have no security kicking these people out.You need a key to get in the building but they wait until someone walk into the building and follow behind them and sit in the hallways all day walking around smoking and stealing.

Having endured years of intolerable living conditions at this apartment building, I feel compelled to warn others considering renting here. The pervasive issues of mice and cockroach infestations, coupled with mold problems, have made living here unbearable.
Management's behavior has been consistently hostile and rude, with a blatant disregard for tenant well-being. Incidents such as people throwing items off the building and a horrifying experience of almost being shot in the head by a neighbor underscore serious safety concerns.
Furthermore, the management has employed deceitful tactics like attempting to defer lease renewals without proper notice. This leads to hidden fees for transitioning to 'month-to-month' tenancy.
Despite multiple cases reported to the DHCA, meaningful assistance or enforcement of regulations was lacking.
Maintenance also poses serious risks by cutting corners. For instance, we discovered our gas oven was allegedly installed by the head of maintenance himself, raising alarms about safety. When we requested proof of installation by a licensed technician, management failed to provide it.
Avoid this establishment at all costs. It's a place where basic needs are ignored, safety is compromised, and management fails to uphold even the most basic standards of tenant rights and safety.
Dont let these fake reviews glorifying the staff throw you off either. They're most likely written by friends or family.
P.s.
The fastest repair this place ever did was patching the bullet hole. Figures.

Its hit or miss. I don't think its the complete train wreck a lot of these reviews are making it out to be.
will start with the good: I absolutely love my unit. I have a studio and I couldn't be happier with the unit itself. A lot of that has to do with terrible roommate situations I've had throughout the year, and finally living alone, but I will say the unit is solid. They did a really good job renovating some apartments into studios, including mine. I do wish I had a door out to my deck, having to climb out the window isn't fun, but overall I really like my unit. I live right next to the trash and laundry room so its almost like having an in unit W/D. In terms of price and location it is hard to find a better deal IMO. You're right near literally everything.
Now the negatives: I have had my fair share of issues with the office, as has just about everyone else in the building. They are not easy to get a hold of and when you do the attitude can be at times a little hostile. I also previously had a rodent issue that has since been resolved. I think that is to be expected in just about any old building, but they did come and patch the hole and I haven't had any issues since. I also wish they would have some clarity on parking. I had my car towed twice...once because I "didn't have the up to date parking sticker" and a second time four days later when I did have the up to date sticker but the office had not activated it. I do think they should relax with the towing. I saw several residents of the Warwick also picking up their cars when mine got towed and it cost me $300 to get it out of the lot. If anyone from the Warwick sees this...I wouldn't mind getting that money back in the form of rent credit!!!!
Look, this place is far from perfect...but I am happy here. I am planning on renewing my lease when it is up in July for another year. They are doing a massive paint job right now and hopefully the decor is updated as well. But overall...I really don't think its completely the nightmare all these reviews have made it out to be.
