Arcadian Apartments

I am beyond frustrated with the management at this apartment complex. For over three months, I've been living in a nightmare with a serious mice infestation, and the management's response has been a joke. Emails are ignored, and on the ONE occasion they send "pest control," it's a laughable quick fix that does nothing. We're catching several mice daily, and it's disgusting and unsafe, especially for someone who's pregnant, like myself. This has caused me a lot of emotional distress and physical damage to my personal belongings.I've had it with their negligence and disregard for tenants' well-being. They're more interested in sipping coffee than doing their jobs. I'm considering legal action because this is more than just poor service; it's a health hazard and a clear sign of disrespect to us as paying tenants. Potential renters, beware of this place unless you want to deal with the same disrespect and unsanitary conditions.

My tour today with Veronica Wills was exceptional. Veronica was very pleasant & professional. She was also very patient & understanding. She made my visit worthwhile. Arcadian Apts is definitely blessed to have her as an Assistant Community Mgr. We need more people around with her kind of personality & services.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Management office dont care about their tenants. My sister live here and she has a rat infestation because of her neighbour and shes called many times for pest control and they've done nothing. Do NOT rent here.
