        I was a resident at the Central for 3 1/2 years and I absolutely loved it. Anyone looking for a place to live in the downtown Silver Spring area I highly recommend The Central. From the Concierge, the building up-keep, to the leasing office personnel all top tier.

        I am so thankful to have Teddy as a member of the Central maintenance team. He is so prompt, and always does such an amazing job. He completed three different tickets in my unit - and it was clear he had to go above and beyond his normal duties to fix one of the things. Even when Teddy is not completing a ticket, seeing him on the property is always a pleasure.
