    I tried getting in touch with their leasing office to rent, but was sent to an automated answering machine each time. It's like this place is run by robots. I never received a call back from a human, just countless emails telling me to apply...I wouldn't even know what I was applying for! I went with another apartment complex that took the time to talk to me, sent me photos, videos, and updated me about my application throughout the process. Advice to the leasing office: creating a relationship with your prospective residents is key. The lack of human interaction turned me off. I, like most people, appreciate personable experiences, especially for a place I'm supposed to live at.

    This is a must read: Imagine accidentally double parking your vehicle in a parking garage where you are charged 155 a month as a resident only to come out the next morning and not see your vehicle where you parked it. Many vehicles within this building are parked over the designated parking lines due to tight parking spaces and/or over sized vehicles such as trucks. I understand apartments have rules ; however, this scenario is not ok. I was forced to pay over 150 dollars to retrieve my vehicle from a lot 30 minutes away from the building and was late for a presentation for work which resulted in a verbal disciplinary conversation. Not to mention i was originally informed by management the tow company failed to notify the building about my vehicles seizer, which led me to believe my car was stolen. The lack of empathy from management specifically James is deplorable, and goes to show his respect for residents.

    Dear Eleven55 Ripley Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my application fee refund. I was initially excited to move into one of your two-bedroom apartments, but my application was unfortunately declined. As per your policy, I was informed that I would be receiving my application fee back within a reasonable timeframe. However, it has now been eight weeks since my application was denied, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have made several attempts to contact your office regarding this matter, and each time, I have been met with delays, excuses, and a complete lack of urgency. During my most recent call, I was informed that the delay was due to an error in my address, which had resulted in the refund check being mailed to the wrong address. I immediately corrected the address and was assured that the check would be reissued promptly. However, it has been two weeks since this conversation, and I have still not received my refund. I am now beginning to doubt whether the check was ever mailed at all. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and attention to detail that I have experienced throughout this process. As a potential resident, I expected a higher level of service and communication from your management team. I am requesting that you immediately print out a check for my application fee and have it ready for pickup at your local apartment complex on Monday, November 13th. I will be there at 2:00 PM to collect it. I trust that you will handle this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism. Sincerely, Odilka Salazar

Per the lease, any vehicles which are improperly parked or are in violation of the parking addendum, the terms of the Lease or Community Rules will be towed at your expense. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for damages related to the physical towing nor any consequential damages you may incur through loss of use of the vehicle(s). Unfortunately, we are unable to make concessions as we must remain fair and consistent in upholding the terms of the lease contract with all residents. Odilka,We are saddened to hear you have not had a positive experience with our team. According to our records, you applied and were denied on 10/4/23. Per the online leasing agreement, If you or any co-applicant is disapproved or deemed disapproved we will refund all application deposits within thirty (30) days of such disapproval. Refund checks may be made payable to all co-applicants and mailed to one applicant. As the forwarding address provided was incorrect, a new check was sent and can take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you have concerns about the status of your refund, please contact [email protected] as our onsite teams do not handle former applicant/resident billing.
