They went overboard with the excess of my rent for my new contract, it increased 460 pains that's why I had to leave, they are not conscientious with their tenants

Excellent customer service today with a complex scheduling process for current tenant lease renewal services and an overall outstanding experience that Jay provided my wife and I today, trying to meet with our property management but all conflicting schedules and the holidays has made it difficult to navigate until Jay saved the day!!

The Resident Service Coordinator, Nina Jackson has been amazing in helping me with addressing my recent issues at the office. She assisted me with putting together my lease renewal paperwork and also contacted me in a timely manner to address another concern; My car was vandalized. Hopefully, she would continue to stay , so she can help many residents , including me.

I have been here for 6 years and are going through some issues at this time. However, Ms. Nina Jackson is doing everything that she can to alleviate these problems. She is extremely kind and helpful.
