I am so blessed to have found Woodvale! The upgraded apartments are beautiful, and great rental prices compared to where I came from! The allow my bestie , and have washer and a Dryer in the unit!
Nirvani in the maintenance department is OUTSTANDING!!
She is always willing to listen to any concerns and addresses it in a timely manner!!

The new property manager, young and ambitious but lacking in people skills, can be quite irritating as he strives to impress his bosses. Fortunately, the rest of the team, especially the maintenance crew, is friendly. However, the constant eagerness to extract money from residents is evident. Installing a designated electric charging station $$$, in already crowded parking lot, when none of the residents own electric cars, is just plain comical.

I and my family have been residents of Woodvale Apartments now for about a year. Weve had little to no problems here for the most part. The maintenance department is very quick and responsive. The area is generally quiet and smoke-free. Everyone minds their business for the most part. They regularly check and maintain the surrounding area and apartments. There are NO issues with insects, roaches, mice, or smoking or the like. We have no complaints, since management is also accommodating and friendly to us. Orlo management team did a good job with whom they have hired, and I really hope they keep up the fine work.

I've lived in Woodvale for 3 years now. I feel generally safe, the apartments are a good size, and they are an average to low price for the area.
Benson in maintenance is fantastic, so quick to respond to a call. Even if he can't fix it right then, he follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. I have thought about moving to a bigger place, but having reliable maintenance people keeps me here!
Jacqueline in the office is very helpful and understanding. I've interacted with her a few times now and always feel heard. Thank you, Orlo, for putting together a good team.
