        These apartments are overpriced for nothing, has a lot of suspicious activity in the area. Rats within the buildings, it's really really awful just avoid this apartment with all costs.

        Used to live here in the 8o's and 90's. My son has moved his family here now and they are very happy with Montgomery County living nearby child friendly recreational facilities and activities. I love the updates Paddington has made to the kitchens but I prefer the hardwood flooring we had back-in-the day

        Paddington is a very good apartment. I love the spacious rooms, pool, onsite business center. My main problem here and what I deeply hope they fix is maintenance, they act like they fixed the issue but actually didnt. Mangers listen to your complain but dont take it seriously. Paddington needs a new management as a perfect apartment like this doesnt deserve arrogant mangers.

        Horribly Nasty, when I went for a tour here. The apartment was giving ghetto! Its not cleaned. Doorway scanners arent working! And Lous music. Paddington needs to start fixing up things and listening to residents concerns with issue
