        They are about the only car rental service we use in Maine, so much more reasonably priced than places in Waterville or Augusta. Never had a problem, always clean cars, friendly and reliable service.

        Very unfriendly, complicated and not trying to find a solution to offer a comprehensive service to their customers. Moreover, they have restrictions on car rentals which they don't mention on their website. We booked a car online but ended up empty handed. Had to get a taxi to a neighbouring car rental in Thomaston, who gave us a surprisingly nice car without any problems.
