        Sketchy. Terrible communication. Some sort of franchise/ licensing deal with one person operating the whole affair from what I can tell. Shes working angles that have nothing to do with customer service or getting you in n a car when you need it. Skip at all costs.

        Due to an emergency I needed vehicle quickly. Had no issues with getting car I needed. Requested full size, none available so I got a small suv. Worked out well in order to have enough room for all belongings to fit. This was first time using Budget. Extremely happy with how I was treated and pricing was affordable!

        Budget in Owl's Head Maine - OUTSTANDING Customer service. She went above and beyond for us when we couldn't reach a representative on the phone (800# waited for hours and the Portland Maine airport DON'T ANSWER). Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

        If you want to get ripped off by all means go to Budget. You tell them that you do not need any extra charges and they tack it on anyway. They have done it to me on more than one occasion. Hertz hasn't done that yet so my business has been over there since the acknowledgement of the theft.
