If you want to get ripped off by all means go to Budget. You tell them that you do not need any extra charges and they tack it on anyway. They have done it to me on more than one occasion. Hertz hasn't done that yet so my business has been over there since the acknowledgement of the theft.

Budget in Owl's Head Maine - OUTSTANDING Customer service. She went above and beyond for us when we couldn't reach a representative on the phone (800# waited for hours and the Portland Maine airport DON'T ANSWER). Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

User-friendly website. Easy to input dates, time, and type of car. Good selection of car types. Prices are very good compared to other car rental places. Limited number of branches in the Brooklyn, New York borough.
