        Received an unsafe vehicle. Kid who worked at the counter couldnt care less. Clearly dont value business. Would advise to stay away from this location.

        Not happy. Clearly ordered a truck a week before I arrived and got a jeep. Was told sorry, I could cancel it and pay the cancellation fee and try another place. Not fun at 11 at night.

        Jens at rental counter in Portland Maine was great. Efficient; swapped out my credit card info; gave us a vehicle large enough for our 4 people and overnight luggage. Great experience.

        The staff were extremely professional, and they cared about my needs. I loved the Chrysler Pacifica we rented and it was perfect for furniture. I highly recommend Avis and Budget car rental.
