        This is the first time we've stayed here and love it. Love the historic feel, rooms are clean, close to Bourbon Street. My next time back to NOLA, I will be staying here. Noteworthy details: None of the reviews mentioned the parking. We were afraid it would be street parking. In fact, they have a secure garage for your vehicle. We'll worth the $45 a day to know it's safe.

        Nice little quite spot close to Burbon at and canal at for party and train access but far away enough so you don't here the noise and it's just one block away rooms are nice just the HVAC need some TLC the Vents had black Mold other that that it was an amazing stay Rooms: Nice and clean just A/C vent had Black Mold Rm #303 Nearby activities: Bourbon St one block away need I say more. Safety: We felt Very safe during our entire stay 6 days Walkability: You can walk from here to the river which is like 10-15 minute walk, the shopping is the same the French market super close the train line like 10 mins walk

        We asked for a room with a balcony.. got a room with a balcony, but no way to access it. All we had was a window that did not open. Bed were very uncomfortable. And to top it off only one elevator was working. Did get much help from front desk.
