I visited the hotel on a spontaneous weekend trip, which led to a slightly higher price compared to the room's quality. Nonetheless, I have no complaints because the breathtaking view made it all worthwhile. It would be great if the hotel could consider replacing the carpet, though. I appreciate the prompt and efficient handling of all my requests. The staff members here are exceptionally friendly and attentive to the guests' needs. The room service responded quickly when I requested cleaning; however, I would appreciate it if they paid more attention to the reason why I had to request it in the first place, as there wasn't much to clean in my room. I had to wipe the bathroom floor and shower due to hair scattered throughout the area.

Nice hotel ,updated clean room ,nice bathroom ,good complimentary breakfast and stuff are extremely friendly .would recommend it.

From the moment we checked in, we've had excellent, friendly service. Zhain H. is one employee in particular who has gone above and beyond to make everyone feel valued and welcome and greets all with a smile. Alexis B. has worked with me before our arrival for our stay to ensure my comfort. THANK YOU so much for a wonderful experience.

For a hotel the room size and layout of these rooms is amazing. It really gives home away from home. I stayed in a King room and it resembled a studio apartment. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is close enough to but on street to walk but not close enough to heat the partying. Also its literally right next to both stadiums. Theirs free breakfast every morning, it was pretty good and its not your continental breakfast. It was actually good food.
Rooms: Very clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Great food and bars located a couple blocks away.
Walkability: A lil walk from bourbon street but nothing too crazy.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing, I was in love with the inlet station lol. Food is always fresh and well maintained for cleanliness.
