Beautiful hotel interior with service that was not at the same level as the design. Ciara, who checked us in sent the wrong luggage to our room, had an attitude with us as well as the guests after us when we checked-in and when we left. Any question asked was met with discern. The worst 5-star customer service I have seen. The general hotel manager needs to train their staff. We went to the Rita-Carlton for breakfast and their beignets. Absolutely superior service and food. The breakfast at the four seasons was bland and over-priced, the staff takes forever to take your drink order, clean the table or even take your food order in the lobby or 3-meal restaurant, the beds are uncomfortable, and room-service attendant was less than thrilled to deliver our food. It was like staying at a 3-star resort. Rooms: Beautiful craftsmanship and design. Uncomfortable bed, and the pillows are too squishy. Food & drinks: Bland and over priced.

As a seasoned wedding planner in Houston, Atlanta, and New Orleans, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous vendors. However, Four Seasons stood out with their exceptional service at a recent wedding I coordinated. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail ensured a flawless event from start to finish. I highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone seeking top-notch services for their special day. Thank you for making this wedding a memorable experience!

Absolutely wonderful 5 star experience at the Four Seasons. We stayed here with our teenage daughters for Spring Break and had 2 lovely, spacious rooms - both with a sitting area, huge bathtubs and bathrooms, coffee makers, a little dining table, and very comfortable beds. The service was top notch from start to finish - and included a really cute Easter celebration put on by the hotel that was so sweet and unexpected (mimosa bar, Easter egg hunt, tables filled with treats from the pastry department, and beautiful chocolate eggs delivered to the room). The in-room iPad for making requests or placing room service orders was particularly helpful and responded to promptly. The pool and hot tub area is large and so nice to enjoy after a day of wandering, and having stayed at other NOLA hotels, this one is the best for sure. Great location - a little away from the crazy of Bourbon (i.e. we could sleep without being disturbed!) but is still close to most attractions and restaurants. We walked everywhere, including the Garden District, Magazine St, and Frenchman St. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality we received - specifically from Theodora at the Chandelier Bar - who was a warm, delightful service, and from Ashley Dela Cruz, whose enthusiasm for the hotels dining experiences is contagious! Ashley introduced us to the beignets served in the lobby bar and while we love a Cafe du Monde experience, these blew us away. New favorite for sure. Also dont miss the warm chocolate chip cookies or basically anything on the menu, like the crispy chicken sandwich or the pimento grilled cheese. It was all so good. Breakfast was also awesome. We ordered room service daily and the beignets, omelets, pancakes, and of course grits were all perfect and delivered right on the dot after ordering from the iPad/app the night before. Having stayed at many 5 star hotels throughout the world - and a few lovely ones in New Orleans, I would highly recommend the Four Seasons to enhance anyones stay in the Big Easy. This is the hotel that New Orleans needed and we cant wait to visit again.
