( I stayed January 29-30,2018). " Five stars are for the night guard guy not the hotel they get zero I'm very disappointed.. " I booked online around 10 am paid in full and then called later before my arrival around 5 pm and said I wasn't sure what time I would make it but I'm coming I make it around 11 pm called to get in had some guy trying to get me to go to his car so I called again finally got in he followed me in . Night worker made him get out . I got my key signed my papers left went to taco Bell got back walked all the way up the stairs to find y'all reserved me a room that was already rented went down stairs called said I needed a room i already paid in advance called ahead also and show up to that refund or new room . waited outside in the cold for 20 mins before I got a new room . that was the most unprofessional reservation I have ever dealt with . Still feel like y'all owe me at least half of my payment refunded or at least a free night for the inconvenience.

This hotel is as nasty as the manager Martha O's attitude. I left a bag there with 2 important prescriptions which where narcotics and mysteriously the staff never reported or turned it in. Call to speak with a professional manager and got a nasty attitude instead. Don't spend your money here go somewhere if you forget something important its return.

It's right of off airline and close to everything you would need during your trip, shopping, restaurants and convenient stores.

I paid for a week, but I ended up leaving a day early and just losing money on one night. Our whole company was staying here while working out of town, and within a week we all moved to a different hotel. Showers didn't want to get hot, the toilets stopped working randomly, and the rooms never got cleaned. I was scheduled for cleaning on Thursday, but by Sunday it still hadn't been cleaned. Super run down. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
