SpringHill Suites by Marriott Shreveport-Bossier City/Louisiana Downs

Stopped here for an overnight stay on our road trip. Our bedroom and bathroom was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable. Service was sufficient and complimentary breakfast was included. No complaints here. Would come back again.

The Springhill suites at the Louisiana Downs horse track is hands-down the best hotel in Bossier City. Staff is always nice. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. I travel over 250 days a year and I can tell you to believe what I say because its the dang truth.

Very clean hotel and room. Every staff member was smiling, kind, and offering assistance. Kim, Director of Sales, and front desk team were engaging and very excited about renovations coming soon. Restaurants nearby.

Was in town this past weekend and stayed here and cant say enough about this place. The staff was incredibly friendly, engaging and genuinely seemed to care. Kim, who is the director of sales, went above and beyond and checked on me personally multiple times. I see her name in other reviews on here so that tells me all I need to know. Great room, great facility, great staff. Highly recommend. Food & drinks: Not reallllyyy walking distance but very very close to anything you need!
