Booked a room through a 2rd party and paid. By the time we made it in from Dallas, they gad no rooms available. The lady commented that sometimes that happened, and I needed to contact 3rd party for a refund. That was an inconvenience.

This hotel site is in shambles. There is NO phone service into or within the hotel. Has been this way for 6 months. Computers not working well. The front desk spent 1.5 hours trying to find my online booking! Other guests coming to complain about plugged tub, TV not working, bugs in room! The positive points go to the front desk clerk. She was doing the best with what she had. Very polite and apologetic.

Beware!!!! Worst hotel in Bossier, LA. I stay there March 9th for one night, book my room through a third party website. When I arrived and checked in, the young lady said I had to pay a $100 deposit. As, of today I'm still waiting on my $100 deposit to be returned back to me. I have called them so many time and the phone just rings. The room was very old and breakfast horrible.

you should avoid this property. The property is not maintained and Wyndham should revoke their franchise! From rude and arrogant clerks to poor Maintenace in the room with things that didn't work. if you are planning to stay with a pet, be forewarned that the pet contract includes a clause that fines you if they find animal hair after you leave with a bunch of other fines as well.
