Okay, let's see. First, there were chunks of food on the carpet in my room (before I got there), and also some wadded up discarded red underpants between the desk and the wall.
Then, I did not receive my wake-up call, but, get this, they called my room at 10:59 wondering why I hadn't checked out yet. Checkout is at 11. Such grace. Such punctuality.
To top it all off, the hotel has not responded to my correspondences to discuss these issues. I have emailed General Manager Sam Bhakta several times, and my concerns have been ignored.

The service here was great (Sam at the front desk), from helping with directions while on the road to letting me know of the grocery store nearby when I checked in. The room was affordable and clean. It is centrally located and you could probably walk to the grocery store. They have a nice sized mini-fridge and small microwave in the room. Free breakfast as well. The wifi was terribly slow all three days and the vending machines could use some work. The free breakfast was nice with waffles, juice, coffee, fruit, toast. I'll stay there again.
