Paper thin walls for $190/night. The room next to us was having a normal phone conversation in a normal voice for a couple of hours and we unfortunately could hear every word as we were trying to sleep.
I also called the hotel (upon booking) about an early check in and it seemed to be no problem, but the day of I came to check in by 1pm and was told it wasnt possible. They werent willing to call or text me when a room was available either. I would never have booked it. The we cant help you attitude was apparent.
Quality and service need a lot of work. Location for Pavillion access is the only reason to consider it. Bring your ear plugs and patience.
Rooms: I have never stayed anywhere with absolutely no sound proofing.

It was really good the only bad thing was the fridge did not work we turned it to max but is was warm it's not a big deal but the holtel was really nice

Place is amazing, close to Lawrence and KU. Super nice bathrooms and showers & for the price itll be hard to beat.
Comes with mini fridge and microwave too.
Only thing (nothing on the staff) but whoever took the only dolley for luggage and kept it in their room between 3/12-3/15 youre an inconsiderate POS.
Place is amazing though!

Rooms were clean. Staff was very kind, efficient, and helpful. Close enough to everything but not in the middle town.
