They only clean your room every 3 days. You can't control the temperature in your room it was hot as hell all the time cause they had the heat only on in 70 degree weather the shower was nasty,the sheets are stained you spen almost $350 for 3 nights and it's not worth it will never stay again

Disgustingly filthy. Random people knocking on our doors. Party at 3am in the room above us. ZERO response from the front desk employee. Doesn't look like the pictures. They are obviously photo shopped. No fridge, no microwave. No phone in one of our rooms! Had to go to the front desk in the middle of the night and it was locked, no one was available to deal with the random people in the hallways.
Safety: NOT SAFE AT ALL! Random people in the hallways and knocking on our room doors. People sitting outside smoking and wandering around the exterior.

I am only giving them 1 star because I have to. Otherwise it would be an 0. Upon check in to our room we discovered a portion of our bed propped against the wall. Unacceptable. The sheets had also not been changed. Unacceptable. There also appeared to be bullet holes in the wall. I walked to the front desk and spoke to the staff and was given a new room. It was after we were given ANOTHER room we are told they dont have air conditioning in the building. We told them we wanted a refund and they have denied the request. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. They are awful to do business with and clearly dont even care enough to fix the abundant and clear problems in the hotel. A cardboard box along the road had more to offer.

Man listen this hotel should be shut downand before yall should let somebody pay for a room. Yall should let it be known that yall air dont work. Really gave a fan and Im like oh my god. Told them the tub was nasty and they came and cleaned it and tub still was nasty cause apparently they dont know how to clean. I hardly ever leave reviews but yall please go somewhere else. Stayed Saturday but I checked out Sunday and went and stayed at the baymont. Cause I refused to stay here 2 nights. I got word that they are shutting this hotel down and turning it into a rehab center.

The first lady we dealt with was very sweet love her so much so I'm sorry for this review. The rooms were clean the smoke alarms were down so we had to put them up our selfs my son tried to take a shower but the toilet backed up all over the place so we got a new room then in the new room once again the smoke alarms were down so we once again put it up and the TV leg was broken... The people they had staying there was a mixed of crazies. One asked if I would give her permission to sleep with my 26yr old son she was older then me. Then they tried to charge me an extra night that he wasn't even there for. And when I called the lady told me my son is not allowed back there well that's fine.
