First time staying at a Tru hotel and will return. Housekeeping was great. Especially Haley. She was sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was good and fresh. Our room was very clean and tidy.

Great low cost hotel thats modern, colorful, clean, and welcoming. We stayed in a King Bed Room and it had all the basic essentials youd want. Blow dryer, dorm room style fridge, great smelling soaps and shampoos, an extra large television, and you also get breakfast. The breakfast was good with pancakes, bread items, juices, etc. It was average. Plenty of parking and in walking distance to restaurants and food options. Jersey Mikes is right across the street.
Great hotel at an awesome price. You get want you need to for a simple overnight stay.

Decent hotel, relatively newer. The room was simple and clean. The lobby has a nice space to unwind in the evenings. Front deak staff waa friendly and helpful. It did the job as a last minute booking during All-star weekend.

When I arrived to the hotel I was so excited to stay here. I booked a room for my boyfriends birthday and invited a few of his friends over to surprise him. My check in was at 3:00pm and I got there at 3:05. There were a few people waiting to get checked in before me which is fine. I had to wait 15 mins before I could get checked in. We finally get to our room and my friend needed to go to the bathroom. She used the restroom and it wouldnt flush. The toilet lid was also dirty. After we got back from golfing for my boyfriends birthday we got a noise complaint. When one of the front desk ladies showed up she asked why there was so many people in the room and my friend replied that it was for a birthday. She then proceeded to tell us that it should only be me and my boyfriend in the room in a tone and then left. About 20 mins later not even our phone starts to ring in our room, we dont pick it up because were not sure who it is. She then comes back to our room and says this is our second warning and if we get one more we will be kicked out. By then everyone had already left and it was just me and my bf picking up the decorations not even talking. We then finish picking up and go to take a shower. The shower was dirty and the water was turned to hot all the way and it was not very warm. After our shower we hear people slamming doors in our hall and running in the halls but no one got a warning for that. On top of all of that the room is small. Only 1 chair to sit in and no where to put your luggage because there is no closet
