I had a terrible time living here the apartments smelled of marijuana , the complex was infested with roaches before I moved in that I was NOT aware of . And they did not take care of the issue . And there were things wrong in my apartment all the time that were not fixed . 0/10 . DO not recommend living here at ALL.

Never left google review and Im using my burner email but please beware. As you can see they really dont care about any of the many complaints you can easily scroll through and read. They are happy to elaborate on the praise they receive, but want to talk privately about the problems such as mice, roaches, marijuana, not returning your security deposit ( smell corporation under the table ) back absolutely abhorrent customer service (from the leasing agents to the maintenance workers. Even the person replying to these reviews has a condescending attitude) As for the roaches, Its not an individual units problem its a problem with the whole facility. We keep our home as clean as can be but this is a problem they have to address. Instead of wanting to talk about it privately through email, address it here for all of us to see what you have to say for yourselves. I cant begin to describe how dreadfully terrible this apartment complex is. Not only are the staff absolutely terrible, but I have constant issues in my apartment that randomly happen and it takes MONTHS to fix it. I moved in and I couldnt live in my apartment for because of the 90-100 degree temperatures. They didnt fix it till month later (I literally couldnt live in the apt and still had to pay rent which I wasnt compensated for). When the toilet seat was broken, I called a maintenance guy to come fix my sink because there was a leak he ended up coming and didnt fix anything. In fact he left screws and tape all over my kitchen floor. The staff are rude and no one ever responds to emails. It takes minimum two months for them to even view your emails. Not to mention the fact that they never send you anything about renewing your lease so youre bound for another year. I was not planning on renewing and when my roommate went to tell them we werent staying, they said the deadline to let them know was a week away and that we were supposed to have reviewed an email or paper months ago (of course we never received anything). Absolutely do not live here. Its miserable and it has made my experience depressing. I give it a -100/10

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. I held strong with this apartment for 3 years and they have been the worst 3 years. First off, I moved in with an already broken window that took OVER a year to fix. My room is increasingly colder than the rest of my apartment. The vents dont even cover the hole in the wall. The paint above my shower was peeling and falling on me the day I moved in. DISGUSTING. One top of that, the paint on the wall with my shower head is rotten and squishy and theres a hole to see into the wall. I also had BLACK MOLD growing in my utility closet and under the sinks ON THE DAY I MOVED IN. When you make a request for something to get fixed they never actually fix it and take weeks to months to actually come fix. Yes these apartments are as is but they can be cleaned up enough that my health doesnt need to be on the line. Dont just paint over the problem. I am very disappointed and disgusted with my stay here and would never tell anyone to live here. It just continues to get worse the longer I stay. As Im writing this, the wifi isnt even working so Im using my cellular data since I cant do my homework. These are supposed to be student living but they cant even support me enough to have functioning WiFi to do my schoolwork. The list could go on and on but simply take this as a fair warning before looking more into the Kirkwood Reserves. Wanted to also share that if you want to do your laundry, be prepared for your items to be ruined. Half the machines dont even work and on top of that I have stains on my clothes that never had stains before. The dryers also dont dry your clothes all the way. Ive ended up using the laundromat up the street, which is more expensive and more of a hassle. There is usually trash everywhere on the floor and they have a bad ant problem. I have reached out about my problems and they have not been looked at. Dont waste your money or time here.

This apartment was the worst experience I have ever experienced. They make it flashy and nice during the tour, but thats all thats good. The staff is consistently changing, and they are consistently out of sync with each other. Dust, dirt, and bugs came through my vents. Maintenance is extremely lazy. I had to really push for him to check if something is wrong even though he swore nothing was wrong. My HVAC filter was a dark brown, almost black. The floor kept cracking and maintenance always closed tickets without finishing any work. It could also take months to get anything done. This place also ask their friends and relatives to write random 5 star reviews. Moreover, when I received the apartment this was on Fraidy, I saw the apartment as it's attached, after that I talked with the office, they said "this what we have available right now", they literally said" usually the people take apartment like this". In the same day, they said, this a simple problem and you can take the key but I said I don't want to take the key because the apartment was not ready, nor clean, still didn't fix the sink and lights, and I don't think anyone came to check the apartment. Then, an agreement taken place between us to receive the apartment on Monday but they charge me for 3 days before receiving the apartment. So, they should give my money back for 3 days, then I received the apartment on Monday, It was bad, but not worst first time see it. Then, I called cleaning company which cost me too much money from my own, In addition to that, they charge me double security deposit and they did not return it back.
