Management is unprofessional and does not communicate with residents dwelling in single family homes. Often times the office secretary is not in office, and if returned calls are made it comes DAYS after the initial contact. When it came time for the city inspection and they did not pass ON THEIR OWN FAULTS, the refused to work with renters to get work done. Do not compensate renters for not upholding their end of the contract. They will give you late fees and not tell you. Maintenance changed my house lock 2 months ago and will not give me a key to my residence. I have contacted One Property Management and spoke with managers of other facilities and they highly agree that to change a lock without giving the tenant notice or access to the home is unprofessional, inappropriate, and against the entities mission for success.

I have lived at this property for a little over a year, and have enjoyed every minute. The staff are friendly and courteous, the maintenance staff are quick and efficient, and the other residents I met have been friendly.

I've lived here almost 6 years and I love it here. Maintenance is always quick to answer Maintenance orders and management is great here. I always feel welcome to come to them with any questions or concerns I have. It's a wonderful place to live.
