I’m a resident of your location Oak Park Village in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.I just wanted to take the time and shine a spotlight on Caleb who works in the office. We’ve had so many new management come in and out. Out of everybody who’s worked in the office in the past 2 years he’s literally the best. We’ve been stuck with people who wouldn’t even be in the office during hours of open in the past but not Caleb. He’s always there he answers the phone when we call. When we put in work orders he sends Ron to fix the problem immediately where as in the past old office managers wouldn’t fix the problem until months later. He’s the best and I hope he keeps up the good work

Over charged me for rent FOR 16 years now I can't get rent reimbursement they are crooks

My husband and I previously lived here for 3 years, and loved our apartment. While living there we experienced a variety of different management that really disrupted the book keeping and records. Way too much traffic in and out in which it caused our vehicle and several others to be broken into. Over time within the last year, management such as Andrea, James, and Kelly were brought in and they have done an outstanding job of turning things around for the better. I really enjoyed my last few months there due to the excellent services provided by another new employee by the name of kalib. He has excellent communication skills and works diligently to resolve any issues and or concerns. He has gone Above and beyond his duties to make sure that the property is up to standard. In my opinion, he deserves a higher position within the company, that way his supervisors can rest assured that their business will continue to run great.
