The office and maintenance team at eagle point are incredible. They are easy to work with and all around good people. Especially referencing Aaron and Rebecca. What a great team of people to work with

Lived there for 2 years the lady in charge of the property was very mean and unprofessional, she acts like a nasty boss, not a customer service representative. and I hate to deal with her again.

I would like to Thank you for your kind and professionalism, I have been working with refugees resettlement agency since 2021 and rented so many houses and apartment for 250 people, but i have consistently experiencing the best residential support services with Eagle's Pointe Apartments since I started working with resettlement agency. Smoothly going by Application and lease Process. Staff and Management are friendly and helpful especially KIM SHEEHAN, She is so kind, sweet and outstanding Lady. I have decided to rent apartment from them in future and strongly recommend for others try & experience. I am sure you would find eagle pointe the best Place to live.

After getting our pet bearded dragon (Leroy) approved by the manager at the time of moving in (John), we get a call from the current manager (Rebecca Edwards) demanding us get rid of Leroy. She failed to look at our lease or talk with a higher up about the situation before calling us. It was only after we fought back and talked to her boss about the situation the we were told we were fine to have him. She never apologized for how she treated us and continued to pull games such as sticking a move or else towed sticker on my car a day before our lease was up and a month after we have stated to her we were moving out. We have had multiple conversations with other residents and workers of this apartment complex to which we found out we were not the only ones Rebecca was treating this way. My honest opinion about the place is if you are looking for a nice place to live with good management, look elsewhere. The apartment themselves physically are decent, but the manager is incompetent and completely unprofessional. Would not move here unless Rebecca is no longer managing. We have since moved to a nicer location where management cares not only for us but also our Leroy.
