No wonder prices were cheap. The hotel is old and very dated. Guests services nearly refused to bring towels to the room when explained that there were no wash cloths in the room from the beginning. They seemed as if they try conserving on amenities as tight as possible. Beds were hard almost cardboard like. Sheets looked dirty, stained with black stuff. Will never recommend this stay to anyone

I. Am. In. Love. With. This. Hotel. The people at the front desk were very nice. Out of the three hotels I have stayed at in the area this is my absolute favorite. It gives off major creepy shining vibes. Other than being in a bit of disrepair the hotel was very clean. The rooms were rather nice, and I had been in a few because several friends were staying here too. It is a shame they are shutting down and I won't be able to get this experience ever again.

Wonderful place to stay, very clean and bright! Was super helpful to have the shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. Also, when I returned from my trip (at 9pm), my car battery was dead as a door nail. The staff were so helpful and called their on-call maintenance staff to come help me try to jump my car! The front desk staff even told me (before we got my car battery working again) that if we couldn't get it jumped, I could stay the night and she would give me a discounted rate! I will definitely stay there again.

First room carpet not swept, air conditioner didn’t work, phone didn’t work, TV didn’t work— moved us to second room carpet not swept, light in bathroom didn’t work, TV didn’t work. Third room TV didn’t work. We walked up the stairs 5 floors because the Elevator was stuck. Carpets in hallways needed swept We waited 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up. We called 3 times and we have a 2 hour drive home at 11 pm pick up. Not happy with the hotel or the service. Do not recommend the stay. Hotel is dirt and aged. Service is poor.
