It was very loud the 2 nights I stayed there, bed wasnt very comfortable. I was also charged for the wi-fi after joining rewards to get free wi-fi. I specifically pointed it out at the front desk prior to check out! The pool was rather small as well.

This hotel is a dumpster fire. The lobby is nice and staff was ok but there were pieces of wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty washcloths from the previous guest in my shower, mini fridge that did not work at all, corner guards laying on the floor (we picked then up and they just kept falling off the walls) only 2 floors had operational ice machines and when I checked in I they charged me an additional $307 and no one knew why but said the charge would "fall off" after check out. Which has not yet happened. Service was extremely slow. I have stayed at nicer motels. The room was also tiny. For $220/night I just expected more. The doors on the back of the hotel didn't work either. I could go on but why bother just don't stay here. We were there April 1 2022

Location to downtown Indy is ALL this dated, dingy, dirty hotel has going for it. The service was horrible. The front desk staff was rude and couldn't be bothered to assist to even check out when standing in front of them for 10 min. The rooms were so worn out...the chair in our room was worn down that you could see the springs. The tiny beds were horrible. The door to the bathroom didn't lock and there was no ventilation. White socks turned black on the carpet that's how filthy it was. We were told at check in that the restaurants were closed but we could order bar food. There was no signage or help with navigation of the downtown streets. And unless you were planning on paying $48/night for sub par valet parking, forget trying to find parking. There is a parking garage across the street but to get from it to the hotel is a nightmare with no signage AND the front entrance is 2 blocks over. Save your money and stay at a nicer hotel than this has been. $430 for the weekend and it felt like I stayed in a 1 star hotel. Gross.
