While being pet friendly is a plus, there were a few red flags right upon arrival. Soap in room was used and put back in box with visible water stains on box and makeup residue and hair covering the bar, bathroom floor had toilet paper lint and long hair all over the floor, inside of fridge had visible food residue and crumbs, bed had concealed long hair strands on sheets when sheets were pulled back, didnt appear they had been changed either. Gorgeous hotel but cleanliness is a concern, room 215. I support green initiatives but not at the sacrifice of room maintenance and cleaning.

Great experience here. Clean spacious quiet friendly staff. Only issue was a door that had issues opening, but that's bound to happen in hotels at some point. No big deal. Great facilities great breakfast

Stayed at this hotel for work for over a week. Its a brand new hotel, in a safe location of Indy. Youre about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown. The rooms were clean, showers get hot, and you have a little kitchenette perfect for longer stays. Breakfast is free but a little skimpier than say a Hampton Inn. But it gets the job done, and theres of course waffles! Indoor pool doesnt have a hot tub, but the gym is really nice. I would recommend this hotel over many of the other hotels in the Indy area.

Rooms are nice and it's a brand new hotel but the water pressure is awful and the bathroom is set up odd and small. Rooms: Nice rooms but no water pressure and bathroom is small and set up awkward.
