A&E management is the worst of any service company with which I have interacted. They do not provide a phone number that allowed me to talk to customer service. For our second scheduled appointment they canceled my appointment 2h after the time window expired. The manager told me on the phone that he ordered a part for me. Lowe's records showed they ordered my part. But in fact they did not order my part. Today we had tech George. He was excellent. He solved our service issue by tracking down our part, purchasing it, bringing it back to my refrigerator and installing it. The first tech came March 1. He could have done this but we had to wait until March 31. Lowes must find a different provider for appliance service contracts in the Westfield, Indiana area. A&E is terrible. Tech George is excellent! Sears. I would like you to follow up on my case. Please call me or email me through my contact info that Lowes and A&E have. Service: Refrigerator repair

0 stars. Avoid at all costs! Ive never had such an awful experience with any service in my life. Ive never written a bad review before. Weve been trying to get our dishwasher fixed for the past two months. They dont show up half the time. Theres a 4 hour timeframe so Ive wasted DAYS waiting around for no one to come. Customer support is 0 help. Everyone says something different. No communication. Every time someone DOES show up, they request even more money without doing ANY repairs. 1st time: diagnosed the wrong repair for $500 2nd time: figured out the real problem 3rd time: didnt show up 4th time: re-diagnosed just to tell us the same problem, ordered the part 5th time: didnt show up 6th time: showed up with no part, no part was sent to our house. Tells us the part fell of out the system. Wants to charge us $300+ for him to come and not fix anything. When we refuse to pay because we were told it was all under warranty, he rudely walks out. Reading more reviews now seems like this is just how they do business, if you can even call it that. Service: Dishwasher repair
