        We live in Ohio and our refrigerator we bought from sears 4 years ago died. After months of dealing with Sears customer service with no end in sight, I reached out to this store for help. The manager of the store took the time to help me even though I didnt buy anything from his store! He continued to stay in touch with us and help for over a month! He didnt forget about us even though we werent his actual customer! It is so refreshing to see people who genuinely care about their customers or potential customers in this day and age. I cannot recommend this store high enough based on this alone. Thanks so much and keep up the good work!

        After six weeks of back and forth and the run around on Sears. com, James at Sears Hometown in Connersville, IN was able to help us out and get our dishwasher. He was great to work with and was able to resolve our issue. So thankful to James and it's going to worth the drive from Cincinnati to finally get our dishwasher. Thanks again... MK

        This store is not corporate owned, it's owned and operated by a local resident and member of the community. This store has appliances, tools, lawn and garden equipment, and now offers mattresses. It does NOT have clothing or jewelry or parts. They offer delivery for a fee.

        Just had a refrigerator delivered and it appeared there was going to be an issue connecting the water line. I cannot thank Sears enough for doing what it took to make it work. I truly appreciate the two gentlemen who delivered for finding a solution.
