        Ordered a new dishwasher. Paid in full for it. Was told it would be delivered to the store from the warehouse in one week. Didn't get a call that it was in. So we called them after 12 days. We were told they lost the order. How does that even happen? I can't add a photo to this review, because I have nothing to photograph! We had decided to purchase from them to help support a small business....

        Got my refrigerator replaced under warranty!!! They were so nice! It took a while for it to come in, but then it arrived, the nice young man loaded it on our trailer and we were off.

        I Love our Sears Hometown Store in Plymouth,IN, have looked and compared appliances and other items at Lowe's, but Always end up purchasing at Sears. Sandy is terrific, is knowledgeable and helpful, but if she doesn't have the answer she will find the answer for you! We have bought washer & dryer, mowers & mower parts, and refrigerators from here, no complaints from us! Please keep this store going in Plymouth, it's a little gem!

        I needed an auger belt for our Craftsman's snow blower was not sure if it would be in stock. It was and they had a very timely display of snowblowers in the front window and replacement parts for servicing blowers on a rack right beside the display. I got what I needed and was very pleased. We got the snowblower back up and running before snow flies!! Sandy helped me and was very helpful! I got there just about 15 mins before they closed on a Sunday afternoon and she was very thorough and made me feel not rushed and ensured the part was the correct one for our blower.
