What a breath of fresh air! Amanda was punctual, lovely to speak with, and an absolute pro with my washing machine. She fixed it the same day after tracking down parts on the other side of town. I will definitely be using Amanda again!

Amanda did such a great job! Loved supporting a woman owned business! She serviced our refrigerator January 10th and 11th. It was a two day job but she got it done! Our refrigerator stopped working and we had to throw a lot of food away. She found that our freezer needed to be defrosted and some new cords were installed. When I called and told her what happened she got us scheduled quickly and moved with great urgency. Day 1 the refrigerator was already working which gave us so much relief. By Day 2 it was fully fixed. She was very knowledgeable, personable and honest about what she was capable of and how much it would cost. Pricing was reasonable and saved us from having to buy a new one. We'll definitely use her services again!

I texted her for refrigerator repair service. 48 hours later she hadn't replied so I sent a follow-up text. She apologized and said the message got buried. She asked if the next Friday was good for me. I replied back a few hours later that the following week would be good for me. Four days later she still hadn't responded, once again. I messaged her again telling her that I can't imagine why someone referred her to me. As expected, no reply back. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I'll be calling a professional now.
