I just love this UPS. The staff and especially young employees have the right customer service skills and patience. Everytime I come, they are very helpful. I observe how they treat their costumers

It’s a shame to see management who publicly talks to their staff in such a condescending manner. The female manager has an attitude and I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with her… as well as the clients because she really doesn’t seem like she wants to be there. Apparently each UPS is independently owned so I would advise everyone to stay away from this one. At a different location for an Amazon return I was told I didn’t need a box to return my items, but at this one the manager kept coming up with things she wanted to charge me for, which leads me to believe this location charges you for unnecessary things as well as bad service. Even if the charges are valid, the way she went about explaining it was just flat out rude. The other employees there were friendly, but she literally was standing over them howling at them on every single thing they were doing.
