It has been 5 days since I dropped my box in the second floor using SSK. After reading several bad reviews, I actually stood in line instead of using SSK. But then all the counters (two at the time) were occupied, and another officer approached me recommended using SSK. Even though I did not feel comfortable, I used SSK. I dropped my box on Monday afternoon, and now it is Friday night and still not scanned. What is going on??!?! My package is time-sensitive!!!!!!!!! HOW COME and WHY is my box still not scanned and sitting at the USPS??!!!! I wish I could give minus star if it were possible at all. -10.

It's Saturday before Christmas. One person working. People wait in line for 45 min only to be told no one is doing passports today. I had media mail which can't be self service for some inexplicable reason. Truly this place is a hell on Earth. Avoid at all costs. The person you wanted to send a gift to will understand that your sanity is more important.

24 hours. Free indoor security guarded parking. Smack dab in the middle of the city. Need I say more? Its the most convenient PO anywhere!

one of the best USPS store in the country. Their kiosks are totally unmanned.
