Don’t know about other employees at this location but one particular employee that unfortunately I always have the bad luck to get when I go( which is not very often) is rude, unhelpful, blunt and quite frankly shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers makes this USP office one of the worst if not the worst. Some advice if you need to go to a post office look for an alternative even if you just so happen to live a block away…

Horrible people and service, Doreen the one who works there. I asked why my package is going to the wrong address to different state wanted to forward it back and she just said I can’t do anything this is how USPS works.

Doreena made terrible customer service, starting she wasn’t even trying to help, not even looked at me when we spoke. Phone customer service I called clearly mentioned that this particular office will have the latest updates of my package, and Doreena didn’t provide me this updates.
