        I am disabled. Showed up to the ups store with about 9 packages. Could not carry them myself. Asked the young lady working there. Her name is Amanda. Can she help me carry the packages into the store. With no hesitation, she asked me which car it was. Made 3 trips to my car. Brought everything in. I wish more stores had customer service like Amanda! Will definitely be doing business with this ups store from now on! Thank you very much Amanda

        The UPS by my house (California and Armitage) recently closed so I had to go to the next closest location. Connor here was friendly and very helpful and Im happy to take the longer trip knowing this location is staffed with good people

        Can I give this a 0? Sent a box to my daughter for $20 plus. Got a notification of successful delivery. However, she never received the box nor any attempted delivery notes. They returned the box to this UPS store and the rude and defensive rep at the store told me I was out of luck and would have to pay again to ship it. UPS corporate said it was not responsible either. FedEx from here on out.
